We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has built products end to end to join an Australian venture studio that builds new products and startups for bigger companies. This role takes an idea from the business case through to something ready to build: shaping the product strategy, gathering requirements, prototyping it in Figma themselves and giving engineers clear detail to work from. This is a product role rather than a BA role: BA skills are part of it, but strategy, design and owning the product matter most.
1/ Resource requirement
Position: Senior Product Manager / Product Lead
Location: HCMC / remote
Engagement: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: start at 8:00 AM Vietnam time (12:00 PM Melbourne) or earlier
Start date: ASAP
Team: join the client's own team and work with them day to day (not as a separate offshore team)
2/Key Responsibilities
Shape product strategy with the studio and its clients, and understand the commercial case behind what is built.
Run discovery and gather business requirements, then turn them into user stories, acceptance criteria and tickets.
Design and prototype the product yourself in Figma or similar, from wireframes to clickable prototypes.
Work with engineers to get the product built, and keep everyone across decisions and progress.
Coordinate communication and keep knowledge organized so nothing gets lost.
3/Qualifications
Experience: senior product manager who has built products end to end, ideally from scratch through to launch.
Startup experience, or has built a product of their own.
Good design taste and hands-on UI/UX skills: you make the prototypes yourself rather than handing them to a
designer.
Strong commercial sense: you understand the strategy and can talk to clients about it.
Fluent, confident English and comfortable presenting to clients.
Experience working with people across different cultures and teams.
Good at coordinating communication and keeping knowledge organised.
Creative and happy to be hands-on.
4/Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI products.
Fintech or wealth management experience.
Uses AI tools to prototype quickly.
