Mô tả công việc
The job holder will lead Shared-service C&B Group with main duties & responsibilities as below:
• Lead and oversee the operations of the Shared Service Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement mid term plans and initiatives to optimize service delivery, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement within the Payroll Shared Service.
• Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• To manage the payroll team to ensure the shared service delivers payroll services that meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
• To manage the payroll team to carry out the day-to-day processes, including one to ones for the provision of an effective, timely and accurate payroll service for a portfolio of organizations and in accordance with the appropriate HR policies, service standards, and performance requirements.
• To ensure that all payroll controls, payroll compliance and all audit regulatory requirements are met.
• HR Tools/systems maintenance, update and customization when necessary.
• Accountable for the development and management of the Shared Service Center budget, including cost control, resource allocation, and financial reporting

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Shared Service Center or similar environment, with a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance requirements related to shared services operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Excellent understanding of labor law/social insurance law/PIT.
• Proven experience in developing, maintenance and development of HR system/tools.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Shared Service Center or similar environment, with a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
