Effective business partnering
Manages the engagement with key stakeholders above and between Portfolios;
Owns the success of the Portfolio, business value and landing of the change in all parts of the organisation;
Partner with functional leadership team to address resistance or frictions for change, identify change agents and catalysts that underpin the full adoption & utilisation of products.
Champion the adoption of new mindsets, behaviours, and working practices that support digital transformation and organizational agility
Portfolio Leadership
Accountable for delivering the Products within scope, time and budget; Balances the need for fast and flexible delivery with long term sustainability & efficiency goals
Establish a clear vision and value propositions that Commercial Portfolio supposed to deliver, ensure alignment with the company's strategic commercial goals , and effectively communicate to team and cross-functional stakeholders
Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for project delivery, including standards, methodologies, and performance metrics
Lead annual and quarterly portfolio planning and review processes with commercial leadership to continually drive the portfolio vision and recognition for value creation
Manages Product budget decisions as well as financial risks and opportunities;
Empowers the
Product Owners and the Product Teams to deliver successfully; Resolve impediments that goes beyond the Portfolio that could impact the team's success
Team Management
Provide clarity, governance and tool to support the team in initiative approvals, decisions documentation, follow-up, resolving blockers and tracking performance
Fosters an environment in which team members work together and motivate each other to perform in engaged and high-performing teams.
Lead, develop and upskills Product Owners and Product Managers in the team - build holistic capabilities combining technical and business partnering domains
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, information technology, engineering or a related discipline
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Good command in English, both written and spoken
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of working experience in the related functions with minimum 3+ years in the management role

Proven experience in managing a team of teams
Excellent leadership skills
Strong problem solving and communication skills
High degree of resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity, stress and the ability to shape & carry the Portfolio. Turning it around where needed
Able to navigate and reconcile divergent stakeholder views to avoid delay or impact on product delivery
Able to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders through credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels, both within and outside of the organisation
Strong understanding of business and processes
Navigate senior relationships and support effective decision making throughout the products
