- Managing and coordinating the work of Digital MKT team:Digital Marketing, Product marketing, PR and internal event.
- Develop goals and work plans by month/quarter, and report regularly to the Board of Directors.
- Directly responsible for the results/performance of Digital MKT team and report all activities of the department to the Board of Directors.
- Plan and strategy of partner/chanel.. and system (CRM,CPD, chatbot...) to improve Digital channel perfomance
- Participate in sensory comments, suggestions and follow-up requirements for system
- Implementing human resource management in the team: planning - recruitment - training / training - development - evaluation (dismissal / preservation).
- Push growth on the brand/product(s) through the development and implement of advertising and retail excellence, plus trade and consumer promotion campaigns.
- Plan and execute customer strategy and research customer's insights.
- Analyze market and consumer data and provide useful recommendations to management and reflect into business strategy and plan.
- Own media channel strategy & execution, drive digitization as leading edge of the brand/products
- Lead direct reports to high professional marketing performance and develop them to next level.
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), tracking performance (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA)
- Lead, mentor, and support the digital marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Design), overseeing task allocation, progress, and skills development.
- Build strong relationship to press and media agencies, etc.

'- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Education level: Graduated from University or above, School of economic
- Experience: At least 5 years of manager level.
- At least 3 years as Head of Digital Marketing,
Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the banking and finance sector. (Vp bank...)
- Communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads...), product Marketing, PR and Internal event.
- Excellent relationship building skills and organization skills
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to present and inspire a team.
- Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about finance, consumer loan Good leadership and management skills. Clearly define the objectives (especially the personal objectives and professional objectives)
- Acquire learning quickly, creatively, and proactively in planning and organizing work.
- Understand the legal regulations, regulations, and circulars of the finance
- Ability to read specialized materials in English
- Have a business mindset.
