The Role
As the Head of Engineering at Amplifi & Impact, you will lead our engineering division, blending strategic technical leadership with hands-on solution design. Reporting directly to the Delivery Director, this hybrid role requires you to be a visionary leader who is technically proficient and strategically minded. You'll play a critical role in steering our technology strategy and delivery. This is a highly collaborative, clientfacing role, requiring direct engagement with clients with our Product and Customer Experience leaders to ensure alignment and deliver impactful solutions

Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Team Leadership
○ Oversee the engineering team to ensure top performance, outstanding delivery quality, and a robust engineering culture.
○ Mentor and develop the team in advanced engineering practices and drive recruitment to build a strong AI capability.
○ Manage performance, fostering an environment of rapid discovery and learning aligned with our strategic objectives.
2. Leading Solution Design and Delivery
○ Collaborate closely with sales, commercial, Product, and Customer Experience teams to craft compelling proposals and accurate estimations.
○ Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring solutions deliver true value to clients and align with business objectives and integrated product and CX strategies.
○ Act as the primary architectural lead on projects, enhancing client engagement and growth through strategic recommendations that drive value.
3. Building AI Engineering Capability
○ Expand our AI engineering capabilities to deliver market-leading solutions, staying at the forefront of AI technology and modern engineering techniques.
○ Lead the integration of AI into our broader engineering practice, ensuring a cohesive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
○ Create space to constantly innovate, learn and evolve with the speed of new and changing technologies.

As our ideal candidate for the Head of Engineering, you are:
● Experienced in Leadership: Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and leading large-scale AI technology projects.
● Technically Proficient: Experience in AI technologies (Agentic RAG, Agentic AI architecture, AWS Bedrock, Langchain, ML Ops), system architecture, and solution design. Show a keen interest and curiosity in new tools and technologies.
● A Collaborative Influencer: Excel in cross-functional environments, enhancing product offerings and driving exceptional customer value alongside Product and Customer Experience teams.
● Strategically Minded: Sharp business acumen with the ability to align engineering strategies with broader business goals.
● A Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, capable of conveying complex technical ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels of the organization
