II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, etc.
Experience:
- 10+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Operations and other Finance related fields
- 6+ years leading team of more than 5 members
- Ecommerce experience is a plus
- ERP implementation and usage experience is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill, experience working with C-suite is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial modelling skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
