Head of Finance

Our client is a growing company in the
healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution sector
, with an expanding business portfolio and strong international partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced
Head of Finance
to lead the Finance & Accounting function and play a key role in financial strategy, business performance, risk management and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall
Finance & Accounting function
, ensuring strong financial governance, transparency and compliance with Vietnamese regulations and IFRS.
Develop and implement the company's
long-term financial strategy
, including capital structure, fundraising, cash flow and financial risk management.
Lead
budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
, ensuring healthy liquidity and effective working capital management.
Oversee financial, management and tax reporting, accounting systems and digital finance processes.
Drive
business and financial analysis
by product, business line, region and customer to support management decision-making.
Develop and manage
pricing, profitability and margin strategies
, including pricing for tenders and strategic contracts.
Partner closely with Sales and business teams on
sales forecasting, inventory, import planning, sales-in/sales-out analysis and commercial performance
.
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance, working closely with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.
Lead, develop and coach the
Finance & Accounting team
and establish effective financial policies and approval processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Business Administration or related fields
. Master's degree / MBA or ACCA, CPA, CFA is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
, with at least
5 years at Head of Finance, CFO, Chief Accountant or senior management level
.
Strong experience in
healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device distribution or imported goods
is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of
Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, VAS and IFRS
.
Strong experience in
cash flow management, financial planning, pricing, profitability and commercial analysis
.
Experience working with
healthcare tenders, receivables and sales-in/sales-out reporting
is an advantage.
Experience implementing or managing
ERP / digital finance systems
.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and negotiation skills.
Fluent English
with the ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management and international partners.
High integrity, transparency, accountability and ability to work under pressure.
