Work closely with the Management to develop and execute strategies for Funtap's publishing ecosystem.
Expand and manage global mobile game partnerships, ensuring product quality and performance.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Optimize partnership performance through KPIs, integration improvements, and revenue growth initiatives.
Negotiate and build relationships with global key accounts.
Oversee campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and ensure partner satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
3+ years in Business Development/Partnership Manager or equivalent roles, with gaming industry experience.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
Experience in client management within globally operating companies.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to multitask and think strategically.
