Head of IT

Purpose: Describe the overall objective of the role and how it fits into Indochina Capital's objectives
- Responsible for managing the IT systems and communication system of Indochina Capital Corporation (Indochina Capital) nationwide included the Hanoi office, Ho Chi Minh City office, and others.
Key Accountabilities: Outline main areas of responsibility.
- Plan and supervise the design and implementation of a cost-effective, reliable, scalable, and flexible IT and communication infrastructure (both hardware and software) for Indochina Capital with a focus on
o Domain names, hosting management
o Application licensing management
o Microsoft Azure Management
o Windows Server, Active Directory
o MS Exchange Online
o Office 365 applications
o Network Mgt (Fortinet Firewall, Aruba Core system, Aruba WIFI Management)
o Security (access control, VPN, incl. backup, risk mgt, and disaster recovery)
o MS SQL Database
o IT Equipment Standard management
- Adhere and ensure strict to internal compliance, risk management and HR policies as well as relevant issues.
- Responsible for the electronic archiving of Indochina Capital's documents and communication
- Responsible for special projects such as the establishment of a company network, site office, implementation of specific applications to projects, etc.
- Interact with IT vendors and providers, in cooperation with Finance & Accounting, to procure IT hardware, IT software and equipment and ensure continued operation.
- Manage and supervise IT team as well as service providers to whom specific responsibilities have been delegated.
