POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee the operations of the knitting department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Production Management
• Oversee the daily operations of the knitting department.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demands.
• Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimal downtime.
2 Quality Control
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product consistency and high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of knitting operations and finished products.
• Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.
3 Team Leadership
• Lead, manage, and mentor the knitting team, including machine operators and technicians.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
4 Technical Expertise
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to knitting machinery.
• Stay updated with the latest knitting technologies and best practices.
• Optimize machine settings for improved efficiency and product quality.
5 Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the knitting process.
