Mô tả công việc
• Lead and manage all legal functions of the company and its integrated steel manufacturing project.
• Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on investment, construction, operations, and strategic transactions, including M&A.
• Lead the negotiation and management of major contracts (EPC, construction, equipment procurement, and investment partnerships).
• Oversee legal risk management across the full project lifecycle.
• Establish legal frameworks, contract management systems, and compliance processes.
• Handle disputes and represent the company in dealings with authorities, partners, and external legal advisors.
• Build and lead the internal legal team.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Law, a legal practicing certificate is preferred.
• 10-15 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a Head of Legal.
• Top priority: Experience in a similar role within the steel manufacturing industry or heavy industries (e.g., mining, energy, EPC, large-scale infrastructure).
• Next priority: Experience working at large-scale corporations or reputable law firms.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value contracts with domestic and international partners.
• Experience in M&A transactions, including negotiation and deal execution, is a strong advantage.
• Professional English proficiency; Chinese is a plus.
• Strategic legal mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex legal matters in a project-driven environment.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the BOD or direct supervisor.
