KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle strategy to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle initiatives with overall business objectives
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and targeted promotions based on customer needs and behaviors.
- Tailor communication and engagement strategies for each segment to maximize customer lifetime value
- Design and optimize onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new customers
- Implement initiatives to educate customers on our products and services, driving early engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and oversee retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
- Implement personalized offers and support customer loyalty programs or rewards to enhance the overall customer experience
- Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on customer trends, engagement, and performance
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Online, Marketing, Risk and Finance teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions
- Work closely with the Data & CRM technology team to leverage CRM and Marketing automation tools for effective lifecycle management
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance customer experiences
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- Proven 05 years experience in a senior-level role within Consumer Finance/ Banking/ E-commerce/ Telco or FMCG, with a focus on customer lifecycle management. Strong understanding of lifecycle with a focus to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and life-time value.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to work under the pressure
