This position's purpose is to achieve all Marketing objectives in line with the company's strategy and Business goals. The purpose is to accomplish all Marketing objectives in line with the company's strategy and Business goals.
• Plan and deliver Marketing plan and strategy
• Promote Company Brand image strongly and consistently.
• Manage whole communication process following Company direction to achieve Business and Marketing goals as well as create Company culture and improve the working environment.
• Support Distribution channels, Business operations, Product marketing and Client experience activities.
• Manage to comply with all activities in line with Brand guidelines, but maximize effectiveness.
• Manage marketing expenses under budgets.
• Lead and develop internal resources in both business and personal competencies.
Yêu cầu
• BA degree from a university in Marketing or an appropriate major.
• +10 years of experience in Marketing, Brands, and Communications.
• Knowledge and experience in finance or life insurance industry.
• Strategic, business-oriented, client-centric mindset.
• Innovation, creative, dynamic & proactive personality
• Strong in project planning and management.
• Fluent in English (written and conversation).
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Market research and product comparison.
