Ensure the right products are built, the right priorities are executed, and the right business outcomes are achieved.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own product roadmaps across software platforms, mobile apps, AI initiatives, and internal systems
• Help define product strategy and business priorities with leadership
• Own product success metrics and delivery outcomes
• Work directly with leadership to understand business goals and priorities
• Convert business requirements into detailed product requirements and development tickets
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, specifications, and implementation plans
• Own product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, analysts, marketers, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects have clear scope, ownership, timelines, and success metrics
• Manage multiple products and projects simultaneously
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and execution challenges early
• Hold teams accountable for commitments, deadlines, and quality standards
• Ensure products are properly tested, launched, adopted, and continuously improved
• Drive AI adoption across products, workflows, customer experiences, and internal operations
• Improve product management, project management, and delivery processes
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, planning, documentation, and execution
• Challenge assumptions and help leadership make better product and technology decisions
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, growth, and profitability
