I. Job Descriptions:
- Know customer needs through regular research and market data;
- Understand customer segmentation;
- Know main user testing approach, and how to conduct interviews/survey;
- Develop credit card and other products to make sure market viability;
- Assess competition landscape;
- Run research and develop value added services (VAS);
- Create product marketing communications objectives;
- Work with head of sales, head of digital sales and head of marketing to create product sales/promotion strategies;
- Work with customers and sales teams to evaluate results and adjust product strategy;
- Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analyses for management;
- Create LTV forecast for existing and new product to be launched to make sure profitability goal achieved;
- Review inventory of existing product to make sure they're covering current market and company needs;
- Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis;
- Determine product pricing based on market research, funding and risk costs as well as OPEX, and anticipated demand;
- Manage the product team, including coaching, planning, monitoring and job appraisal for team members.

II. Skill requirements:
- University Degree (Marketing, Economics & Finance or Banking or relevant majors)
- 2-3 years experience in a senior product development position in a Consumer Finance company/ Bank/ Fintech Company ...
- Planning skills, proven track record in successful Loan product defining, planning, launching and management
- Project Management skills
- Ability to use and simplify complex information/data and various metrics to set up and develop products with an informed and factual business case
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to products and processes
- Fluent English communication
