***Role Overview: We are looking for a Head of Retail or an experienced Retail Manager ready to step up to oversee and develop our retail operations across Vietnam. This role is suitable for candidates who are strong in store operations and team management, and want a stable position with long-term growth in a developing retail system. You will work closely with management to support daily operations, improve store performance, and gradually build a stronger retail structure across 25-30 stores. ***Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of retail stores across the system • Ensure store standards, visual merchandising, and service quality • Support and guide store managers in daily work • Monitor store performance (sales, conversion, productivity) • Analyze basic sales data and suggest improvements • Support stock coordination and sell-through performance • Participate in new store openings and setup • Conduct regular store visits (including provinces) • Help improve retail processes step by step
Yêu cầu
