Head of Sourcing

JOB PURPOSE
The Head of Sourcing at Yes4All is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's end-to-end sourcing strategy across two key product verticals: Sporting Goods and Furniture.
This role ensures the procurement of high-quality products at competitive costs while maintaining supply stability, optimal lead times, and scalable vendor capabilities to support Yes4All's multi-channel trading model (Dropship, Warehouse, AVC, DI).
The Head of sourcing is accountable for developing and managing supplier networks, negotiating commercial terms, and optimizing total landed cost in alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
In addition, the role plays a critical part in identifying new sourcing opportunities, mitigating supply risks, and supporting product development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This position ensures that sourcing decisions directly contribute to business growth, gross margin improvement, and overall supply chain performance.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1.Dual-Country Sourcing Strategy & Portfolio Optimization:
● Develop sourcing strategies by category (Sporting Goods, Furniture)
● Optimize sourcing mix across countries based on cost, risk, and lead time
● Align sourcing strategy with sales forecasts and margin targets
2. Supplier Network Expansion
● Identify, onboard and scale supplier base
● Build tiered supplier system (Strategic/Core/Backup), improve supplier capability
3. Strategic Vendor Partnership
● Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships
● Negotiate exclusivity and priority production to secure supply advantage
● Co-develop products with strategic vendors to drive differentiation
● Leverage vendor capabilities to improve cost, speed, and innovation.
4. Cost Optimization & Commercial Excellence: Lead price negotiation, MOQ, payment terms; benchmark cost; optimize total landed cost with Finance
5. Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales & PD&D; ensure sourcing feasibility; support private label/customization.
6. Supplier Performance Management (SPM)
● Build and manage supplier performance framework
● Monitor supplier performance across delivery, quality, and service
● Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives
● Ensure supplier compliance with company standards
7. Supply Continuity & Risk Management: Identify risks; develop backup sourcing; monitor disruptions
8. S&OP & Cross-functional Alignment
● Align sourcing with sales forecasts & inventory
● Support logistics
● Participating in S&OP/War Room
● Improve sourcing responsiveness to support fast product launch cycles
9. Sourcing Organization & Capability Building: Build sourcing structure, develop team, define SOP & governance
10. Sourcing Data & Digitalization: Standardize sourcing data to support performance tracking and decision making
