1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
Develop and drive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business expansion and operational goals, including warehouse capacity, transportation capability, and manpower planning.
Establish, standardize, optimize, and continuously improve Supply Chain processes, while collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Design and optimize warehouse operations, transportation models, and delivery routes to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Define target inventory levels and inventory policies to ensure product availability with optimal inventory cost.
Develop and execute replenishment and ordering plans to support business demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
Build and manage key operational and performance KPIs to monitor department effectiveness and drive timely corrective actions.
Prepare and control the annual budget for the Supply Chain function within approved cost parameters.
2. Demand Planning Management
Develop and enhance demand forecasting models by category and store based on sales history, seasonality, and business targets.
Define target stock and safety stock levels across categories and stores.
Ensure inventory health is maintained within optimal thresholds, minimizing stock shortages and overstock risks.
Calculate replenishment quantities to support sales and operational objectives effectively.
3. Ordering & Replenishment Management
Manage ordering activities and inventory allocation to ensure product availability across stores.
Ensure the right products are delivered to stores at the right time and in the right quantity.
Monitor replenishment and ordering KPIs, proactively identifying issues and implementing timely solutions.
Support procurement and supply needs for non-commercial items, equipment, and operational tools with cost optimization.
4. Organization, Systems & Team Management
Design and manage the organizational structure and operating model of the Supply Chain department.
Lead recruitment, capability building, coaching, and development of the Supply Chain team.
Establish performance measurement and operational measurement systems to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Build and enhance department operating procedures while collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement systems or digital tools that improve operational efficiency and visibility.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning & Replenishment, covering merchandise planning, ordering, inventory allocation, stock distribution, and inventory transfers to achieve business targets.
Minimum 5 years of Director-level experience in companies with comparable scale within retail chain, supermarket, minimart, grocery, or food-related industries.
Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations, including planning systems, replenishment processes, warehousing, logistics, and transportation management.
Strong capabilities in project management, data analysis, data-driven decision making, teamwork, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven people management capability, including recruitment, organization design, team development, coaching, and training.
Experience operating in fast-growth retail environments is highly preferred.
Ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence at scale.
Required to use personal laptop for work purposes.
