- Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and computer network (Hardware & Software). Ensure zero disruptions in hardware, software, network, and system.
- Coordinate with suppliers related to IT & system implementation.
- Allocate temporary laptops for system trainings and external usage.
- Ensure safeguard of IT assets through installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Optimize the usage of PC/ laptops/ equipment/ Office 365/ other applications, and account creation.
- Monitor and facilitate VC calls within agreed time limits to call-outs. Provide support when required for Audio & Video Training - Teams, One Drive Office 365 & etc.
- Prepare the report of hardware, software's users.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Management and Understanding
- IT Hardware Trouble shooting & problem solving
- Infrastructure support (LAN/WAN & Telephone)
- Awareness on Data security & Data backup
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
