Follow up the process for the sales & capacity.
Prepare reconciliations for the received inquiries against the budget
Handle the process to prepare & share the sales & capacity report, standard hours report, and monthly KPI report.
Update blocks and maintain the order book in the ERP system
Follow up on On Time Tracking (OTT) & Delivery on time (DIFOT)
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relating major
Communication skills, MS Office skills, English language skills
Analytical skills, Planning skills, Time management skills
Integrity, accuracy & attention to detail
Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process will be added advantage
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar capacity. Or
fresher can be recruited.
