Head Office - Quality Assurance - Assistant Manager

Attend pre-production meeting to understand quality standards and critical points for new styles.
Facilitate training and awareness in Quality Assurance department.
Enhance the Right First Time (RFT) quality of products.
Ensure quality of sample on time offer for Buyer Approval and first-time pass.
Adhere to quality and product safety, daily inspection plan, sample submission date.
Follow up shipment schedules and maintain the final pass rate.
Control department cost as per the budget.
Manage Quality Assurance cadre on the sewing line based on the given plan to resolve day-to-day issues.
Maintain clean efficient working environment, ensure enough operations' supplies, availability of forms & Gemba walk to improve the processes.
Arrange customer visits, oversee process quality, release quality teams for budgeted trainings & forecast targets.
Ensure Quality Management System, ISO, brand protection, mold control process, RES.Q system are up to date and followed accordingly.
