· Give system base solution to business issues.
· Support user with Ax system.
· System training for users.
· Integrate software with existing systems.
· Maintain database backup.
· Identify new system requirement base on business growth and technology development.
· Internal design and develop software.
· Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
· Liaise with IT Group Team in conducting new project, and liaise with software providers in case of outsourcing.
· 5S Implementation and maintain.
· Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
· Continuous process improvement
· Knowledge of IT infrastructure, ERP system, Business process
· Communication skills, MS Office skills
· Teamwork, Time management skills, Problem solving skills, Project management skills
Integrity, Accuracy and attention to detail
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
