As the Head Product Costing Manager for our Client, you will become a vital member in supporting the team for tracking quality metrics, product costing and overseeing the current product costing team.
Description
* Strong financial management skills and a solid understanding of product management frameworks are required.
* Ability to establish and maintain a product cost reporting system, with regular reviews for continuous cost and margin monitoring.
* Mastery of program and project management methodologies, including planning, schedule development, scope, and cost management, is essential.
* Proven leadership abilities to manage and oversee the costing department.
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also necessary.
Profile
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key initiatives.
* Extensive experience in a corporate IT accounting environment.
* Strong background in product and project management.
* Significant experience in financial management and product cost estimation.
* Preferably with work experience in the manufacturing industry.
* Proven expertise in analyzing and improving data reporting through Finance and IT systems.
* Experience managing teams and/or projects.
* A background in accounting is preferred.
