Job description
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI features, managing backlog and prioritizing based on business value and technical feasibility
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define how LLMs are integrated into the user journey
- Act as the bridge between AI Research, Backend Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
- Define and track key metrics such as accuracy, user retention, and latency
- Maintain clear product documentation, release notes, and internal documentation in English
Technical requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Strong backlog management and experience running scrum processes
- Analytical mindset with understanding of system architecture (APIs, workflows, databases)
- Strong English communication, able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver products on schedule
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Preferred experience in SaaS, AI, or Fintech domains
- Experience launching AI-driven features or automation platforms is a plus
- Strong UI/UX understanding, especially for conversational or generative AI interfaces
