Job Description
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven products and user-facing features, transforming customer business requirements into robust, high-impact AI solutions.
Develop internal tools, automate workflows, and drive rapid prototyping to accelerate operational efficiency across teams.
Integrate external/open-source AI APIs seamlessly with enterprise data, databases, and core software systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, internal engineering teams, and external clients to test, iterate, and deliver production-ready AI applications.
Rapidly build and scale software modules and microservices leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
1-2 years of relevant experience in Engineering AI and LLM products, or
Software Engineering is preferred.
Deep understanding of LLM fundamentals (architectures, tokenization, context windows, and prompting vs. fine-tuning trade-offs).
Hands-on experience in building RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex).
Familiarity with AI safety guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and structured evaluation metrics.
Practical experience in OCR and unstructured document processing (e.g., PaddleOCR, Tesseract).
Proven ability to stitch together AI APIs, automation tools, and data to deliver real-world solutions.
Great to have:
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience in data processing (Pandas, SQL).
Knowledge of financial data or the stock market is highly appreciated.
A strong passion for end-to-end product design, building, and development.
Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, or vector databases.
