JOB DESCRIPTION
Check quantities and signatures on delivery notes and warehouse receipts, then update the invoice status in SAP.
Support the printing of e-invoices.
Support the organization and filing of invoice documents.
Support the organization of bank statements and bank slips.
Participate in monthly stock-taking at month-end
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance & Accounting Team.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Hard-working and detail-oriented.
English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a plus.
BENEFITS
Working Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts (8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 12:00 PM-4:00 PM). Afternoon shifts are required on Thursdays and Fridays.
Internship allowance: VND 3,500,000/month.
Gain hands-on experience in Accounting within an international FMCG company.
Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced Finance professionals.
Develop practical knowledge of accounting processes and SAP.
Internship confirmation letter and company stamp for internship/graduation reports (if required).
