JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Performing paperwork for the team such as printing, filing accounting documents (7-10 docs file/month)
Assisting Finance in preparing VAT declaration, debt confirmation
Verify and save input invoices and supporting documentation
Send all supporting docs for Bank verify before oversea payment.
Packing and transfer accounting docs to storage-Crown
Assisting Finance in internal, external and Tax audit
Follow up DOT, fixed assets image, create assets tag and support for fixed asset stock take, other related tasks
Other related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements:
3rd-year or 4th-year student
Major: Economics, preferring Accounting/ Auditing
Essential Skills and Requirements:
English proficiency (specially in reading and writing)
Computer literacy - MS Office skills
Enthusiastic, careful, honest, responsible, proactive, eager to learn
Immediate availability is a plus
