JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Actively seeking new clients and partners in various countries (US, EU, AU, KR), through multiple channels
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of company service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Logical mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company's products and services with can-do attitude
- Must-have requirements
- Being fluent in English/German/Korean, at least 6.5 IELTS/ B2 German/ TOPIK 4-5 Speaking or equivalent
- Hard-working Attitude
- Being flexible in working hours
- Nice to have: Relevant experience in sales/account management/business development is a plus.
