JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key player in our dynamic team, your contributions will be felt across the organization. Here's how you'll make a difference:
1. Task and Timeline Management:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production team, marketing team, and product team) to manage and coordinate tasks and timelines.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers, factories, etc.) to ensure requirements are met.
Use management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
Monitor milestones and proactively detect potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
2. Communication:
Draft and distribute timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries and information sharing.
3. Feedback Management:
Collect, categorize, and distribute feedback from teams and other business partners.
Turn insights into actionable plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage the feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
4. Data-Driven and Agile Mindset:
Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Apply agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
Help build and nurture an agile culture within the team and across the organization.
5. Documentation:
Create, update, and maintain all the documents and knowledge repositories.
Ensure that information is organized and accessible to all relevant teams.
REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English is essential (IELTS >= 6.5), and Chinese is a plus.

Assist in researching and analyzing current fashion trends, market needs, and customer preferences in the senior intimate apparel market.
Create original bra design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings
Help develop detailed tech packs, including specifications for fabrics, trims, and construction methods.
Collaborate with 3D designers, technical designers to develop prototypes and ensure design feasibility.
Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback, with a focus on comfort and support for seniors.
Support the product development team to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs from concept to final product.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Basic understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, draping, and pattern making.
Strong sense of contemporary and innovative design aesthetics.
High attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and escalate issues to higher-level management when necessary
Meet or exceed key performance indicators for call resolution rate, customer satisfaction
Recognize low customer satisfaction call and provide constructive feedback and recommendations to agents for improvement. Alert the management team of trends in customer calls or any suspicious event
Assist supervisors/manager in projects such as call report, developing call scripts or knowledge base content. Provide input on how to improve customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Proficient in English listening, verbal, and written communication skills. IELTS above 6.5 or equivalent
1-year experience in a call center or customer service environment, including a minimum of 6 months on night shift
Have sought knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Customer relationship management experience is strongly desired
Experience with support applications like Freshdesk, Zendesk, and Teamsupport is nice to have
Ability to handle stressful situations and establish rapport with the client
Ability to present yourself and the company in a professional manner
Work Hours: 44 hours/week - night shift (specific time to be discussed in the interview)
