Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and employee engagement events
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g., preparing desks, welcome kits)
Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases
Support internal communications and team engagement activities

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
