Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing legal research and analysis on construction contracts and disputes
Support the drafting and review of contracts and legal opinions for international projects
Help prepare documents for arbitration, adjudication, and other dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g., notices, submissions, exhibits)
Attend internal meetings, client discussions, and (when possible) legal proceedings
Contribute to a variety of legal tasks, occasionally including labor, corporate, or compliance matters
Requirements
A law graduate or trainee lawyer currently attending the Judicial Academy in Vietnam
Strong interest in international construction law and/or dispute resolution
Good legal research and English writing skills
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of international model construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) is a plus
Previous moot court, legal competition, or arbitration-related experience is a plus
Foreign education or French language skills are a plus, but not required
