JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Engagement Management: Monitor and respond to customer messages and comments across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Address customer inquiries and handle any issues that arise.
Video Content Production: Develop ideas, film, and edit short-form videos for marketing and communication purposes, focusing on creative, trend-driven content aligned with the brand's direction.
Social Media Account Management: Monitor social media account performance, update content, and coordinate the resolution of account-related issues.
Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, brand promotion activities, and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Basic knowledge or experience in Marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Ability to film, edit, and produce short-form videos; familiarity with trends on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong communication skills, creativity, proactiveness, and a sense of responsibility.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly and handle situations flexibly.
Experience in the F&B, café, or bakery industry is an advantage.
