We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Recruiter, specializing in Recruitment (80%), particularly in Sales and Commercial roles in F&B; and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) (20%). This position will be responsible for the recruitment process end-to-end, while also managing and developing compensation, benefits, and welfare policies to attract, retain, and develop the company's talented workforce.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment (80%):
Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop proper job descriptions.
Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies through various channels (social media, job portals, career events, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and organize in-depth interview rounds.
Manage applicant databases and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Execute procedures related to new hire onboarding, ensuring employees integrate well into the work environment.
Build and maintain good relationships with recruitment partners, universities/colleges.
A particular emphasis is given to roles in Sales and Commercial departments in the F&B, Spirits and Hospitality industries; deep understanding of networks and experience is required
B. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) (20%):
Research, analyze, and propose competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits policies that are market-aligned and compliant with legal regulations.
Manage and update the payroll system and salary scales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, bonuses, and benefits policies.
Participate in the development and implementation of performance appraisal programs and career development initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a Recruitment role
Deep networks and database to find talent in relevant industries
Proficiency in recruitment skills (screening, interviewing, negotiation).
Solid knowledge of payroll methods, salary scale construction, and benefits policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preference for candidates with experience in the F&B or hospitality industry or recruitment company.
