JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparing and updating shipment documentation and operational records.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
Support the Airfreight team with filing, document management, and administrative tasks.
Learn and assist with customer service activities, including responding to basic customer inquiries under supervision.
Support shipment tracking and follow up on documentation as assigned.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good attention to detail with strong organizational and data entry skills.
Basic English communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in shifts
Available to commit to the internship for at least 3-6 months.

Internship allowance: VND 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 per month (subject to qualifications and performance).
