- C&B function: Track employee's monthly attendance and leave, in charge of social insurance, HR Compliance report... to ensure that C&B activities comply with labor laws;
- Support recruitment communications: Post jobs, create sources from multiple channels to attract potential candidates;
- Participate in supporting the interview process and receiving feedback from candidates, onboarding new joiners...;
- Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including: Book calendar, arranging & handling the training attendance; collecting the post-training survey feedback after training, inputting data, and creating reports...;
- Perform administrative tasks: Receive and classify and process documents/records; drafting documents and papers; carry out related human resources, administrative, accounting, etc. procedures;
- Support the implementation of employee engagement activities;
- Calendar management, schedule meetings and manage logistics, meeting note-taking as requested;
- Manage and periodically purchase tools and stationery;
- Other tasks upon assignment by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate or 4th-year students, full-time 4-month internship commitment to Human Resources, - Business Administration, Business Law and/or related fields...;
- Having interests in HR, especially aiming to become an HR Generalist;
- Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Have full-skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Canva;
- Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
