JOB DESCRIPTION
Our
Internship program offers a challenging hands-on structured experience. You will be working side-by-side with
Schenker's Land Department employees learning the process, terminology, and
skills required to be successful in a fast-paced operation handling a varied
customer base. You will be learning about trucking process, especially in
cross-border trucking, stakeholder engagement and various skills to enhance
your career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on
board as a full time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is a
positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Billing jobs:
·
Check vendors
& customers contracts & quotations.
·
Ensure the
income, cost that have been booked in TMS/LFS are the same as contracts /
quotations.
·
Check the
income, cost in TMS is the same with debit notes.
·
Issue invoices
in TMS & LFS
·
Book cost in TMS
& LFS
·
Make AP Report
monthly.
·
Work with
Operation if any issues occur.
REQUIREMENTS
1 Skills
Required
·
Good English communication skills
(listening,speaking, reading, writing).

Excel, word computer skills.

Communication skill, collaboration
with stakeholders.

Accuracy, proactive, teamwork

Hardworking, willing to work
overtime and under time pressure
2 Experience
and Qualifications
