Job Description
Share of Voice & Channel Leadership: Defend Free Fire's leading SOV across all platforms and identify/scale emerging channels before competitors.
Integrated Marketing Command: Own the IMC plan tied to business targets: translate quarterly priorities into integrated campaigns covering launches, IP collabs, and brand activity. Deliver consistent messaging across content, copy, creative, video, and creators.
Measurement & AI-Powered Insights: Optimize AI dashboards and social listening systems that replace manual reporting.
Deliver diagnostic insight: why programs work, which creators/formats drive SOV, what to reallocate mid-flight.
Workflow & Team Productivity: Refine how the team works, with AI and automation as the default - rebuild briefing, content production, creator management, approval, reporting so the team spends time on judgment rather than coordination. Pilot AI tooling, evaluate what genuinely improves output quality or speed, discard what doesn't, and turn what works into standard practice others can adopt.
Partnerships & Budget Ownership: Develop creator, platform, and IP partnerships that deliver reach or cost advantage we can't build in-house. Own budget allocation end-to-end and defend investment cases to leadership in business terms.
Job Requirements
Experience: Min 6 years of experience with proven records in end-to-end IMC Marketing
Background: Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
Gaming Passion: Demonstrated ability to play and thoroughly understand the gameplay mechanics of a midcore/hardcore game
Project Management & Stakeholder Management: Proven excellence in managing complex projects, including critical paths, risk logs, and asset QA; strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
Problem-Solving: Highly logical and analytical thinker with a curious mindset, constantly exploring and applying industry best practices.
Deliver results in high-pressure environment: Proven ability to manage tasks in an organized manner and consistently deliver results under pressure.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication/presentation /negotiation skills
Language: Equivalent - 6.5 IETLTS in English
Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data, including funnel math, lift tests, and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions is a nice-to-have thing
AI Adoption: Use AI tools with simple prompts to improve productivity or quality on repetitive tasks within your scope of work.
