WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through Meta Ads by executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for our fashion products in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for:
Managing & optimizing ad campaigns:
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Meta Ads to maximize ROAS and maintain profitability.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to scale winning products.
Testing & scaling products:
Collaborate with the content team to test new products and creative concepts.
Balance between testing and scaling to ensure overall marketing efficiency.
Collaboration & insight sharing:
Work closely with the Content team to provide feedback on winning ad angles and content directions.
Participate in weekly meetings to align with cross-functional teams and refine strategies.
REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Top Universities, majoring in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Information Technology is an advantage.

Experience:
The program does not require candidates to have experience, as long as you have the qualifications, you can fully participate in our training program
Having at least 3 months experience in Facebook Channel is an advantage

As our Digital Performance Marketing, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Tiktok & Pinterest. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.
Working Hours (Vietnam Time Zone):
Campaign Operation & Management: 8:00pm to 7:00am the following day, daily.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on multiple digital platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
2. Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns effectively.
3. Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
4. Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
5. Keep your finger on the pulse of digital advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
6. Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
7. Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
2. More than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective in Google, Facebook, or other ad network cho eCommerce / App, Games
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
4. Experience in the e-commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.
