JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will play a key part in managing the content production pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and exploring innovative content formats. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of top-notch content, effective influencer engagement, and insightful post-campaign evaluations that amplify our product's presence in the gaming industry.
Lead Exceptional Content Production: Take charge of the entire content production process for major marketing campaigns, ensuring all outputs meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Drive creativity by experimenting with new content formats to enhance audience engagement and leveraging performance data to refine strategies for future campaigns.
Collaborate with Teams and Partners: Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to collect project requirements and maintain alignment. Build and manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring seamless communication for timely and impactful content delivery.
Enhance Influencer and Event Engagement: Work with KOLs to coordinate production schedules, organize live events, and host show matches that extend campaign reach and strengthen community connections.
Evaluate and Improve Content Performance: Perform in-depth post-campaign reviews to measure content success, compare results to KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns while maintaining high-quality production standards.
REQUIREMENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a creative and driven marketer to join the football game projects. In this role, you'll spearhead innovative marketing strategies, craft compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our brand in the gaming community.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans and campaigns that align with business priorities, brand objectives, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the product team, KOLs, and the community team to drive publishing goals, including user acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and enhanced event performance.
Manage IMC campaign components such as content marketing (writing, art direction, video production-3D, MVs, short films, web materials, influencer activities). Tailor content for specific channels and campaigns in partnership with production houses, agencies, photographers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Performance Management:
Oversee product and campaign awareness, user reach, and engagement metrics across social media platforms while managing all brand media channels.
Deliver periodic and post-campaign reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and channels, continuously refining marketing strategies for maximum impact.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing end-to-end marketing projects, with a strong focus on digital campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, supported by a portfolio of past projects.
Passion: A genuine love for football and gaming is essential.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.
Language: Fluency in English is a must.
