We're looking for a Marketing Leader with a strong Digital & Growth Marketing focus to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention for Teemazing's SaaS products. You'll design and execute strategies that accelerate user growth, optimize marketing ROI, and build scalable marketing systems that connect product, community, and revenue.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll both shape strategy and get your hands dirty in execution.
I. DESCRIPTION
  • 1. Growth Marketing Strategy
    • Own the entire funnel: awareness → acquisition → activation → retention → referral → revenue.
    • Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok (depending on markets).
    • Optimize websites, landing pages, and product flows through A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and CRO.
    2. Data-Driven Marketing
    • Build and monitor dashboards using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
    • Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, Retention, Churn, and ROI to inform decisions.
    • Turn data into actionable insights to refine growth experiments.
    3. Digital Channels & Automation
    • Manage and optimize digital channels: SEO, email automation, CRM, content marketing, social media.
    • Implement lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns to improve activation & conversion.
    • Leverage marketing automation tools to scale impact with lean resources.
    4. Community & Brand Growth
    • Grow and engage user communities (forums, Discord/Slack, social groups).
    • Drive referral programs, viral loops, and user-generated content strategies.
    • Use community & customer feedback to support product improvements.
    5. Go-to-Market & Partnerships
    • Research and execute market entry strategies (local & international).
    • Build partnerships and distribution channels to expand reach.
    6. Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, mentor, and manage a small but high-impact marketing team (performance, content, design, community).
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives.
II. REQUIREMENT
  • 3-5+ years in Marketing, including 2+ years leading Digital/Growth Marketing in SaaS / B2B.
  • Strong track record in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, SEO).
  • Proven experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Proficiency with analytics & growth tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, HubSpot/CRM).
  • Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Content and social media marketing experience; creative mindset with growth hacking approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Vietnamese), both written and verbal.
  • Startup mindset: data-driven, agile, and comfortable working under pressure.
