Mô tả công việc

1. Job Objective:

Support the Business Development team in activities related to customer acquisition, market expansion, partnership building, and the implementation of business growth strategies.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through both online and offline channels.
Assist in developing and executing market expansion plans; conduct customer needs surveys.
Attend partner meetings with the BD team; take meeting minutes and prepare supporting documents.
Collect and compile market data; analyze competitors and industry trends.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to implement business development initiatives.
Update and track customer progress on CRM systems; support the preparation of weekly performance reports.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in pharmacy, medical, or marketing-related fields; other majors are acceptable if there is a strong interest in long-term development in the pharmaceutical industry;
Strong affinity, patience, sense of responsibility, and accountability;
Humble, energetic, and highly motivated;
Good academic performance and conduct in school; candidates with organizational experience are preferred;
Preference given to those who have organized and planned large-scale on- or off-campus activities.
