JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Client and Talent Management
Handle client briefs, coordinate with Talent, finalize requirements
Develop project plans, timelines, and contracts
Support Talent during production
Maintain communication between clients and project team
Ensure project quality and deadlines
2. Talent Project Management
Coordinate departments and oversee project execution
Support Talent during production
Analyze advertising metrics, optimize performance
Maintain organized project documentation
3.Talent Management
Develop Talent strategies and growth plans
Organize bonding activities for Talent network
Recruit new Talent
Maintain good relationships between Talent, The Talent, and Account.
4.Personal KPIs
Meet team business targets
Participate in training, seminars, and marketing communities
Handle diverse projects for clients without limitations
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated University / College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications ...
Working experience in Account Executing / Planning or similar positions.
Skills: customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving, teamwork, independent work, planning, project's cash flow management, handling pressure and good presentation skills.
Having close relationships with KOLs, influencers is an advantage.
Having knowledge of social networking platforms.
Good English skills.
