JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Intern will support daily HR activities, primarily in recruitment and training coordination.
A. Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment channels.
Plan and execute annual and quarterly employer branding communication plans across social media platforms.
Support to recognize Job fair, Career Fair.
B. Training & Development Support
Support training logistics (room setup, attendance tracking, documentation).
Follow up on training feedback and maintain training records.
Assist in preparing training reports and documentation.
C. HR Administration & Logistics
Support daily HR administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.
Handle logistics arrangements (meeting rooms, materials, equipment) for HR activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems as assigned.
D. Other Duties
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in HR, especially Recruitment and Training.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
