JOB DESCRIPTION
Verify invoices, supporting documents for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
Prepare Bank Transfer Requests, upload file to Bank's system.
Issue invoices on behalf of clients.
Declaring the Value Added Tax reports.
Checking / reconciling data received from clients before book-keeping.
Book-keeping simple accounting modules such as cash module, accounts payable/receivable module.
Document filing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Final year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Accounting/ Finance.
Can work fulltime.
Clear career orientation in Accounting/Tax.
Studying CPA/ ACCA/ ICAEW-ACA certificates is preferred.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Computer literacy.
No experience is required.
