JOB DESCRIPTION
Study and research relevant accounting, finance, tax and legal regulations.
Assist in preparing monthly expenses reports and cash books as required.
Perform booking of accounting entries in accounting systems.
Assist in researching and preparing statutory statistics reports.
Support in preparing a financial statements package i.e. General Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cashflow Statement.
Assist in preparing management reports, cashflow, forecast, budget, modelling, etc.
Assist in preparing tax returns and legal documents.
File accounting, finance, tax and payroll documents.
Assist in preparing annual accounting, finance, tax, and payroll training materials.
Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting major (fresh graduate are welcomed).
Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
