JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be based in Hanoi. You will be responsible for supporting the Local HR in all HR related topics, including but not limited to:

• Supporting HR administration tasks in relation to human resources operations (i.e. onboard and off-board procedures) and C&B (Social Insurance, Work permit);
• Preparing the logistics and training slides & materials to support training sessions to staff;
• Assisting the delivery of programs for recruitment;
• Assisting HR Manager in delivering the People Passion's activities (i.e Year-end party, Women's Day, gift contribution to staff based on the Company's policies,...);
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Your education and prior work experience should include:

• A university degree in Human Resources or in Economics
• Less than 1 year work experience within an HR role, preferably in a similar professional services environment;
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• A high level of computer literacy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
