We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Intern with proficiency in Chinese to join our dynamic team.
Working Location: 643 Pham Van Dong, Bac Tu Liem, Ha Noi
Internship time: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
Support the PMO team in tracking project progress and performance.
Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support to set up the meeting and communication with headquater.
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Perform administrative tasks as required by the PMO team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in from universities such as: Foreign Trade University, Ha Noi University, related Chinese languages, or business administration,...
Proficiency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic communicate in English
Can fulltime internship from 3-6 months
