JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support in planning, building, and implementing different standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every function and team.
- Support in optimizing and developing solutions for different types of supply sources as well as helping drivers to improve their performance and bringing them better experiences.
- Support in analyzing related data and information in order to extract insights of drivers/partners' quality and performance.
- Support in setting up, improving internal databases, and visualizing team performance metrics.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal.
- Have basic knowledge of data engineering & tools: BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio,... especially SQL is ideal.
- Responsible, organized, willing-to-learn, and willing-to-do attitude.
- Details and process-oriented, logical thinking and critical thinking
- Intern must have their own laptop.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Driver acquisition: Maintain an over-supplying effort by engaging our driver leads on a daily basis through various channels;
Driver onboarding: Assist the Operations team to ensure incoming leads are onboarded in the most efficient way following Lalamove standards;
Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Community management: actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, provide incentives and lead the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers.
REQUIREMENTS
An outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background);
A go-getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs;
Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
