• Recognizing and measure risks which are burdens on the bank's management
• Ensuring that internal capital adequacy and all kinds of risks are under control, and within the set up limits
• Supporting the management decision based on scenario analysis and special analysis about various issues.
• Prepare internal/external risk management reports and monitoring prudential ratios as assigned
• Monitor risk management system including CAR, ICAAP, asset soundness and provision, etc.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management systems
• Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required
• Participate in risk management capacity improvement projects such as Basel, IFRS, ISO, etc.
• Daily support branches and conduct training on risk management topics
• Be responsible for other risk management related tasks.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Practical knowledge of risk management;
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
• High self-motivated and committed
