Responsibilities
About the Role
ILA Vietnam is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Communication Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message to both internal and external audiences. Your expertise in content creation and social media will be instrumental in enhancing our brand love and postering company culture.
Responsibilities
External Communications (70%):
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms, focusing on TikTok & Facebook reels, to showcase our unique teaching methods and student success stories.
- Support brand team in developing and executing PR campaigns, KOL/KOC booking...
Internal Communications (30%):
- Create compelling content for internal channels, including newsletters, TikTok, Facebook...
- Support the organization of internal events and activities for employees, including online interactions, contests, and team-building exercises.
- Foster a positive and engaging company culture through effective internal communications.
Others Responsibilities (20%):
- Complete administrative tasks related to assigned projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis as needed.
- Conduct interviews with parents, students, employees, and other stakeholders for communication purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of the education industry and the target audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media analytics tools is a plus.
Required Experience
- Has at least 3 year-experience in communications and content creation.
- Proven experience in content creation (with a focus on short-form videos, TVC, viral clips...), social media management, and marketing.
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
